Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
